What are you thinking of right now? Does it serve the direction in which you want to go in, or is it just a distraction?
If your thoughts and mindset aren't serving you, I challenge you to put them to the side and choose a perspective that does. You might have to keep doing this: when an non-serving thought sneaks in, you might have to put it aside again and again. Eventually this will happen less frequently, and you'll be thinking more in line with the direction in which you want to go. That's how you train your mindset.
Your thoughts are just brain patterns, and they tend to follow trends of what you've thought beforehand. To break that trend, first look at what your thinking of right now, and if it's not serving you, choose a different perspective.
